Our refund policy is structured as follows:Performance-Based Refunds:If the total revenue generated from our efforts does not match or exceed the amount you paid us during the service period, we will refund the difference.
For example, if you pay $10,000 for a 90-day campaign and we help you generate $5,000 in revenue, we will refund $5,000 to ensure you break even.
If our efforts result in revenue equal to or exceeding what you paid, no refund will be issued.
Case-by-Case Refunds:
